Role Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and supervisory hiring across The Oberoi Group. You will play a key role in sourcing talent, building pipelines, supporting recruitment campaigns and events, partnering with hiring managers, and contributing to new hire success and workforce stability.
This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments and are passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding support.
Conduct intake discussions to understand role requirements and hiring expectations.




Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
Deliver hiring outcomes while maintaining a solid candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media platforms, networking, campuses, open houses, and hiring events.
Explore innovative sourcing strategies and talent attraction channels.
Develop talent communities for future hiring requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver hiring objectives.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Share candidate and market insights to support informed hiring decisions.

Events, Referrals & Employer Branding
Support referral campaigns, campus hiring initiatives, hiring drives, open houses, and recruitment events.
Represent The Oberoi Group professionally in all candidate interactions.
