Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sales maximization aligned with annual plan and production capacity; manage monthly production/sales forecasting and timely inventory liquidation.
2.Optimize NSR (Net Sales Realization) and ensure timely collections to maintain profitability, track and achieve online sales targets through rolling plans.
3. Strengthen customer focus by delivering superior service, managing key accounts, enabling current product development, and onboarding new customers; secure long-term volumes through MOUs.
4. Lead market intelligence & strategy by tracking trends, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing competition, and driving brand awareness and market-pull initiatives, leveraging digitalization and data analytics for data-driven decision-making.
