What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects built on .NET Core technologies.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and dependencies.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, business analysts, QA teams,



and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Track project KPIs, resource utilization, delivery milestones, and reporting metrics.
Facilitate stakeholder reviews, status updates, steering committee meetings, and governance processes.
Lead project issue resolution and escalation management.
Support pre-sales engagements including:
Requirement analysis
Solutioning discussions
Effort estimation
Proposal preparation
RFP/RFI responses
Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and team effectiveness.
Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

12 to 15 years of overall IT industry experience.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project
