We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who combines solid recruitment expertise with business partnership, talent assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Role Purpose
This is not a traditional recruiter role. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders and hotel HR teams, responsible for attracting, assessing, and securing high-quality talent for frontline and supervisory positions across The Oberoi Group. Beyond hiring, you will help strengthen workforce stability through candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, and ownership of new hire success during the first 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and supervisory positions across assigned businesses.




Drive sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical hiring requirements.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Assessment & Selection
Conduct structured competency-based interviews using approaches such as STAR and STAR(T).
Evaluate candidates against role requirements, behavioural competencies, service orientation, and cultural fit.
Provide objective and evidence-based hiring recommendations.

Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Conduct effective intake discussions and challenge assumptions constructively where required.
Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and talent availability updates.
