Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Associate Project Manager to drive client projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup workplace, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in launching and managing 0-to-1 client initiatives,



ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Drive end-to-end execution of client projects, including 0-to-1 initiatives.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Resource & Budget Management
Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure effective allocation of team capacity.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, and accountability across stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project updates, risks, and key decisions in a timely manner.
