Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our fertility clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating patient appointments, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and providing administrative support. Candidates with prior experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre or healthcare setup will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and empathetic manner.
Manage patient registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, embryologists, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the Hospital Information System (HIS)/EMR.




Verify patient documents and ensure all required consent forms are completed.
Guide patients regarding consultation processes, investigations, treatment schedules, and billing procedures.
Process OPD registrations, billing, and payment collections as per clinic protocols.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with organizational policies.
Manage daily front office reports, appointment registers, and cash reconciliation (if applicable).
Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other support services to maintain a pleasant patient setting.
Support administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist,
