Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Executive in the Employee Engagement department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering employee well-being,

Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Employee engagement calendar and implement the same to enhance the overall workplace experience.
Aligning engagement initiatives with organizational goals and values.
Design and execute creative employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Work closely with internal communication teams to disseminate relevant information and updates regarding engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
Analyze survey data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.
