E-commerce Executive — Marketplaces & Quick Commerce

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to build and grow our presence across India's marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms. Ecoright is a sustainable lifestyle house of brands selling in 60+ countries. This role owns both channels end to end: Amazon and Flipkart on one side, Blinkit and Zepto on the other.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
Create, update and optimise product listings across all platforms — titles, images, A+ content, descriptions, pricing, keywords and attributes.
Monitor inventory across marketplace warehouses (FBA, F-Assured) and dark stores; coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to keep hero SKUs in stock.
Own dark store and city-level assortment on Quick Commerce — which SKUs go where, and when to expand or cut.
Plan and execute platform promotions, campaigns,



seasonal offers and sale events (Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, festive Q-comm pushes).
Run and optimise platform ads — Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, and Quick Commerce ad placements.
Manage platform economics: commissions, ad spend, discounts, returns and contribution margin per SKU per channel.
Track sales performance, order fulfilment, returns, cancellations, RTO and delivery metrics.
Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve issues, unlock promo slots and improve brand visibility.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using Excel and platform dashboards.
Ensure accurate catalog management and timely launch of new products across all channels.
Collaborate with marketing, design, operations and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Quick Commer
