- Candidate will support the Security Master function by managing the setup, maintenance, governance, and control of security master data for private debt investments.

- A key responsibility is ensuring high standards of data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity while supporting investment decision-making and operational processes.

- The role involves close collaboration with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, reporting, and technology teams to ensure security data accurately reflects deal terms, instrument structures, reporting requirements, and downstream system needs.

- Candidates should be capable of maintaining data dictionaries, defining key data attributes, monitoring data quality through metrics and KPIs, conducting audits,



and resolving data-related issues proactively.

- Strong knowledge of private debt instruments, credit agreements, and financial statements is essential.

- The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

- Hands-on experience with industry platforms such as Bloomberg, PitchBook, Markit EDM, and S&P; Capital IQ, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
