About the role The role focuses on marketing technology and delivering value through consulting and implementation services. The person is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve success with Lyxel and Flamingo and that consulting and implementation services are aligned with delivering tangible value to clients.

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive sales for our clients.

- Understand key business metrics for the account that can be affected meaningfully via mar tech deployment and translate business problems into technically ready implementation plans.

- Interpret analytics across KPIs to drive needle moving initiatives to deliver value to the client's business

- Articulate the common definition of success / ROI in sync with customer and setup appropriate measurement systems to transparently track the respective metrics.

- Build, frameworks and a library of playbooks / best practices for multiple industries for the consultants to leverage.





- Execute audit on accounts from a mar tech deployment maturity and effectiveness lens and recommend strategic and tactical interventions that deliver early wins and long term tangible business value.

- Help with market/competitor research and other external facing strategic projects.

Requirements

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing / analytics / marketing technology applications

- Solid problem solving skills at the interplay of Technology <> Data <> Marketing

- Comfort with key mar tech concepts: integrations, data unification, automation, triggered communication, personalization, marketing analytics - funnels, paths, cohorts and user journeys.

- Fluent effective and articulate communication skills.

- Execution: Exhibit a hands-on approach in executing and implementing strategic plans.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to understand and communicate complex concepts effectively.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
