NKey Responsibilities

- Perform US real estate valuations using Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Capitalization approaches.

- Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, leases, and market data.

- Build valuation models and prepare high-quality reports.
N
- Conduct market researchusing CoStar, RCA Analytics, and similar databases.
N
- Collaborate with clients, onshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
N
- Review analyses, managemultiple engagements, and mentor junior team members.
N

nQualifications

- Post Graduation degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
N
- 3–5 years of US real estate valuation experience.
N
- Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar/RCA Analytics, and MS Excel.
N
- Solid analytical, communication, and project management skills.
N
- Experience working withglobal teams is preferred.
