- The position is execution-focused and requires working directly on large-scale institutional data projects supporting the client's quarter-end reporting process.

- The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end quarterly submission cycle, ensuring timely receipt and processing of real estate investment data across Direct, Fund, and Credit/Debt asset classes.

- Key responsibilities include managing submission trackers, coordinating with client teams, resolving data quality issues, handling DQ portal activities, validating data, preparing escalation reports, and ensuring compliance with strict service-level agreements.

- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of real estate investment metrics, including NAV, valuations, financial statements, operational performance metrics, capital activity, debt facilities, and various investment structures.





- The role also involves managing partner queries, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining knowledge repositories, tracking operational KPIs, updating SOPs, and contributing to vendor transition and data migration initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

- Knowledge of SQL or Python is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are critical for success.
