Position /Job Title - Senior Associate – Onboarding

Job Purpose: To deliver a seamless and compliant onboarding experience by coordinating technical and compliance documentation, and readiness activities in line with Quality Management System standards and organizational timelines.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase, including product certification.

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation, certification, waivers, and production readiness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Network, Production) to ensure alignment and readiness for customer requirements.

- Track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to ensure timelines are met.

- Provide customers with clear and timely communication on onboarding status, next steps, and expectations.

- Identify, manage, and escalate onboarding roadblocks to ensure swift resolution.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in onboarding trackers, CRM, and internal systems.





- Gather and analyze customer feedback post-onboarding to drive process improvements and enhance satisfaction.

- Support process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure a “Customer First” approach through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented engagement.

- Represent audit activities and track observations through to closure.

- Basic understanding of technical or product setup processes (training supported).

- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with data analysis capabilities and an ownership mindset.

- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and process compliance.

- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.
