Senior Associate MD's Office

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy &
- Business Transformation

- Partner with the MD's Office to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.

- Translate leadership priorities into structured execution plans with clearly defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics.

- Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on business growth, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build alignment, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, and strengthen organizational capabilities.

1. AI &
- Digital Innovation

- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their business relevance, feasibility, and scalability.

- Design, lead, and manage AI proof-of-concepts and pilot programs, driving successful enterprise adoption.

- Partner with business, technology, and external solution providers to build scalable AI-enabled business solutions.

- Foster a culture of innovation by introducing new technologies and promoting digital-first ways of working.

1. Performance Management &
- Governance

- Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, and management reviews to support data-driven decision-making.

- Define and track strategic KPIs, monitor business performance,



and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure timely execution of leadership priorities and closure of action items.

- Support leadership reviews by preparing high-quality insights, presentations, and decision-support materials.

1. Research, Analytics &
- Problem Solving

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business diagnostics to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.

- Lead or support high-impact cross-functional projects focused on innovation, process improvement, business excellence, and organizational transformation.

- Apply structured problem-solving and analytical frameworks to address complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.

- Build business cases supported by financial analysis, operational insights, and market intelligence.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Strategy, CEO/MD Office, Business Planning, PMO, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or Corporate Strategy.

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.

- Solid analytical capabilities with exceptional structured problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, digital transformation, or technology-led business initiatives is highly desirable.
