- Perform UAT with the agreed TAT
- On-boarding of banks / corporates / govt. departments to NACH / its related services like Mandates, API Services
- Managing relationship with top banks, govt. departments & corporates and resolving issues / challenges / any other queries raised by banks or govt. depts. or corporates

Following are Product responsibilities

Product Conceptualization: To Understand market, customer trends, opportunities, user and bank / ecosystem pain points, how to differentiate regulatory understanding

Product Design: Design Thinking, agile approach, customer experience

Product Development: Design & document tech specification and test cases

Product Go Live: Identifying pilot study and ensuring product success.

Product Commercialization: Drive users, value, volume, ecosystem as well as Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive the product objective

Positive to Have Skills – Exposure to AI for building Products, Data Intelligence etc. And, Ability to understand and translate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, AI models, and data-driven decisioning
