Job Summary

Senior Specialist - Infra - Generalist - IN The role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining an organizations IT systems.

Responsibilities

- Responsibilities include support for existing software applications as well as physical infrastructure, system diagnostics and solving hardware or software faults etc.

- This job family includes a wide variety of Tech Support roles such as Maintenance Engineers, Help Desk Operators, Applications Support Specialists etc.

- Manage and drive network refreshes

- Work with vendor to drive changes and manage logisitcs for hardware, software and business partner

- Oversee project deployments, planning and changes in schedules

- Work closely with release team to ensure the network changes are properly managed

- Perform administrative tasks for the logisitcs team
- monthly reporting and cost management

Educational Requirements

- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience





- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
