We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Investment Banking team, focusing on the Oil &

- Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking projects within the O&G; sector.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate investment banking projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business strategies and solutions.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, leveraging deep knowledge of the Oil &
- Gas industry.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks,

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in investment banking projects, preferably in the Oil &
- Gas sector.

- Strong understanding of the Oil &

- Gas industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Experience working with diverse teams, including sales, research, and operations.
