We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team, with a focus on financial modeling in investment banking. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating integrated 3-statement, DCF, LBO, merger, and operating models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support deal execution and post-merger integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.

- Create and analyze financial projections, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.

- Conduct sensitivity analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial models.

- Provide training and support to junior team members on financial modeling best practices.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of financial concepts,



including accounting, economics, and finance.

- Experience with financial modeling tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, or other relevant software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and maintaining confidentiality.
