- Lead functional design and optimization of ArcOne workflows




- Configure and support ArcOne work management processes
- Design To Do routing, assignment, escalation, and resolution workflows
- Support exception management and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Provide production support and mentor junior consultants
