Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end design and execution of architectural projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring design quality and adherence to project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, creating detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing site execution to maintain design intent. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, mentoring junior team members,



and participating in client meetings to present design solutions and incorporate feedback.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and regular site visits. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience delivering residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Ability to manage Integration of design elements, systems, and materials to create cohesive, functional spaces.

Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Experience with architecture-related Software Development or digital tools (e.g., CAD/BIM, 3D modeling, visualization) to support design and documentation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.

Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, technical detailing, and site execution experience.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in Saket on a full-time basis.
