Role & responsibilities

- Lead the planning and design of residential projects from concept to execution.

- Prepare and review floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed designs.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, site, and project teams.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building standards, project requirements, and local regulations.

- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design changes.

- Visit project sites and coordinate with contractors and consultants.

- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.

- Manage external consultants and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

- Present design concepts and updates clearly to management and clients.

- Use AI tools for concept development, design visualisation, planning, rendering, and presentation purposes. Examples include Autodesk Forma, TestFit, Veras, Midjourney, or similar tools.chaos+1





- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings and approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with a real estate or construction company.

- Strong knowledge of residential planning, design, construction detailing, and site execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualisation, and rendering software.

- Practical knowledge of AI tools used in architectural design and visualisation.

- Robust coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution; registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.
