Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect with over 10+ years of professional experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, project planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered with high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the concept design, schematic design, and detailed design stages for high-rise residential and commercial developments.
- Develop creative architectural solutions aligned with client requirements, project feasibility, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and project timelines.
- Review and approve material selections, finishes,



and interior design concepts.
- Conduct site visits and design inspections to ensure work execution aligns with design intent.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- 15+ years of experience in architectural design with exposure to high-rise residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, approvals, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office.
- Strong design, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage project deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in large-scale high-rise developments.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and modern construction techniques.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
