We are looking for a Senior Architect with 5–8 years of experience who can independently manage the complete architectural process — from understanding client requirements and developing concepts to preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring execution at site as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and execution for residential, villa, apartment, and commercial projects.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into functional and aesthetically strong design solutions.
- Develop concept designs, space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Ensure drawings are properly coordinated and issued to the site within project timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Resolve architectural and site-related technical issues during construction.
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Review material samples, finishes, mock-ups, and workmanship where required.
- Track design changes and ensure proper documentation and revision control.
- Review shop drawings and contractor submissions.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions.
- Ensure projects meet required quality, design, safety, and timeline standards.
- Take ownership of architectural deliverables from concept to completion and handover.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of working drawings and construction details.
- Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple project requirements and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
