Hiring: Senior Architect

Qualification: B.Arch. (M.Arch. Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with external architectural consultants for design development, revisions, and approvals.
- Review architectural drawings and recommend practical improvements based on execution requirements.
- Collaborate with Construction, QS, MEP, Procurement, CRM, Sales, and other internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is executed as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with consultants and project teams.
- Support value engineering and design optimization while maintaining quality and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, design standards, and project schedules.




- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to project stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
- B.Arch. (M.Arch. preferred).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in residential real estate projects.
- Robust experience in high-rise apartments, villas, plotted developments, and township projects.
- Excellent understanding of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and site execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
