Walk-in Interview: AR Caller (US Healthcare Voice Process)
We are hiring Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers for our international voice process. Walk in directly to our office for an on-the-spot interview.
Job Overview
- Role: AR Caller / AR Associate
- Salary: 35,000 to 45k per month
- Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
- Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Call US insurance companies to check claim statuses.
- Resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid medical claims
- Check patient eligibility and benefits online or via phone.
- Update the billing system with accurate notes and actions.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for claim resolution.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Denial Management and the RCM lifecycle.(physician billing )
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work regular night shifts.
