Roles and Responsibilities :

- Strong hands-on experience in 409A valuations, Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), and Goodwill & Intangible Asset Valuations (G&E;).
- Familiarity with US valuation standards and relevant codes such as IRC 409A, ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 360, and ASC 820.
- Good understanding of valuation models including DCF, Option Pricing Models, Debt Valuation, Gift & Estate Valuation, Fair Valuation, Fair Market Valuation.
- Planning, organizing, conducting, and managing various valuation engagements.
- Functionally managing a small engagement team while being accountable for the daily progression and reporting of the engagement to the senior members of the team.
- Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables.




- Oversees multiple valuations and consulting engagements simultaneously.
- Writes complex valuation reports and summarizes analyses and conclusions.
- Works collaboratively with the engagement team and is a positive contributor to the firms.
- Leads, trains, and mentors’ analysts and other associates within the team.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in US Business Valuation.
- Robust experience working with regulatory bodies such as 409(a).
- Proficiency in DCF, OPM, PPA, and other financial modeling techniques.
