Analyst/Senior Analyst Financial and Capital Risk Reporting 3+ Years - Mumbai

We are seeking a Financial & Capital Risk Reporting skilled with 37 years of experience in regulatory and wholesale risk reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in capital reporting, RWA calculations, regulatory reporting frameworks, and risk data analysis, along with a solid understanding of global regulatory and prudential requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review, and control internal capital reports and external regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Perform RWA calculations for derivatives using standardized, IMM, and other regulatory-prescribed approaches.
3. Support Capital Adequacy, Own Funds/Capital Resources, and Leverage Ratio assessment and monitoring.
4. Manage regulatory reporting across global frameworks, including FINREP/COREP, while ensuring compliance with applicable prudential standards.
5. Identify, reconcile, and resolve data-related regulatory reporting issues across finance ledgers, risk systems, source data, and reporting outputs.

Requirements -

1. 3-7 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting / Wholesale Risk Reporting / Capital Risk Reporting.
2. Strong understanding of standardized approaches covering Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Settlement Risk, and Capital Deductions.
3. Hands-on experience with RWA calculations for derivatives, including standardized and IMM approaches.
4. Strong knowledge of FINREP/COREP and regulatory reporting standards across global jurisdictions such as PRA, EBA, BaFin, JFSA, and MAS.
5. Experience in Capital Adequacy,



Own Funds/Capital Resources, Leverage Ratio, RWA optimization, P&L; adjustments, data reconciliation, and regulatory reporting issue resolution.
