What You'll Do
Lead the overall brand strategy and drive business growth.
Own New Product Development (NPD), Go-to-Market (GTM), and product launch strategies.
Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across Digital, ATL, BTL, PR, and Influencer channels.
Partner with Product, Growth, Sales, and Category teams to scale products and improve customer acquisition.
Analyze consumer insights, campaign performance, and brand health metrics to drive data-backed decisions.
What We're Looking For




5+ years of Brand Marketing experience in D2C, FMCG, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands.
Proven experience in brand building, product launches, and GTM strategy.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, communication, and analytical skills.
Passion for creating consumer-first brands in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
