Optimize Procurement Process

?️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

* Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

* Releasing contracts / purchase orders.

* Inventory & Batch Tracking.

* Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

* Updating internal databases - maintain updated records of purchased products,
filing and audit compliances.

* Prepare reports on purchases.

* Catering to creative team requirements.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

Educational Background: Graduation degree in any stream

Experience required: min 5 years

Specific Job Role competencies: Attention to detail





Level of knowledge of specific tools:

* Software Proficiency: SAP and MS Excel.

* Good verbal and written skills to interact confidently with vendors and
internal teams.
