Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Manager to support the financial operations of a growing real estate development company. The candidate will work under the guidance of the partners and will play a key role in underwriting projects, managing financial processes, maintaining accurate books, and supporting operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Underwriting
Perform financial underwriting and feasibility analysis for new real estate development and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models for project evaluation, returns analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
Analyze project assumptions, risks, cash flows, and investment metrics.
Cash Flow & Budget Management
Prepare and maintain company and project-level budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
Assist management with liquidity planning and financial decision-making.
