Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Revenue Lead/ Associate Director/ Senior Manager to drive business growth, revenue, and execution across the North + East Zone for the Sports, Gaming, Esports & Live Experiences division. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of regional business, including revenue target achievement, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver regional revenue targets across the North + East Zone, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goal achievement.
Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives with a robust focus on timely delivery.
Build and manage relationships with brands, sponsors, sports federations, leagues,



gaming publishers, esports organizations, sports marketing agencies, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
Identify and drive new business opportunities and monetization avenues within sports, gaming, sports and live experiences.
Ensure strong execution governance through regular reviews, performance tracking, and proactive problem-solving to address business gaps.
Collaborate cross-functionally with client leads, marketing, operations, product, legal and central teams to ensure seamless delivery and business outcomes.
Lead with strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
