We are seeking an experienced skilled to manage our finance, taxation, accounts and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, tax compliance, and administrative functions. This role is crucial to ensuring the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledger, accounting records,



and supporting documentation for India and US entities.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and customer billing.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, ledger postings, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting for business operations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to support audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Process payroll inputs, employee reimbursements, and related statutory compliances.
