Industry Experience (must have): Engineering Services / IT Services
Experience: 3-6 years of M&A; execution (Buy side preferred)
Education background: CA or MBA (IIM/ISB)
Role & responsibilities
Execution of M&A; deals.
Managing due diligence process (internal team and external advisors) and summarizing DD findings.
Preparing business case and valuation models.
Drafting and review of NBO/Term Sheets.
Preparing deal presentations for management/board.
Working on market research and M&A; strategy.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong excel modelling skills
Candidates should be from Tier 1 B-Schools or qualified CA(Mandatory)
Prior experience in IT/ITES/Engineering Services or Investment Banking-TMT(Mandatory)
Strong valuation skills DCF/IRR analysis, comparable valuation, payback period
Strong PowerPoint skills
Valuable communication skills
