Key Responsibilities of Role

Lead and manage the design engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
Oversee the design and development of desalination, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and water irrigation systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from conceptualization to completion
Drive innovation and sustainability in design solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the design process
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality engineering designs
Conduct regular quality reviews and assessments to maintain the highest standards of design excellence
Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation




Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the engineering department

Technical Skills

Expertise in Dam Design, Tunnel design
Expertise in water treatment plant design and operation
Proficiency in STP and desalination design and management
In-depth knowledge of water irrigation network systems and technologies
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
Understanding of hydraulic modeling and environmental impact assessment
Experience with project management tools and techniques
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and environmental standards

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Desalination, Hydro, WTP, STP, and water irrigation industry
Demonstrated track record of leading design engineering teams and delivering successful projects
Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative and sustainable design solutions
Robust knowledge
