Job Description
· Lead the development of detailed design and coordination of dry utility systems such as Duct Banks for electrical, telecommunication and gas networks.
· Support the design development, coordination, and design considerations for dry utilities, including hydro, gas, and telecommunications, within transportation and urban corridors.




· Apply subsurface utility engineering principles to evaluate utility data quality and support informed design decisions.
· Interface with multiple disciplines to resolve utility conflicts and support approvals.
· Review and guide utility design deliverables to ensure technical quality and coordination across disciplines.
· Provide technical support during construction, including clarification responses as required.
· Mentor intermediate and junior staff and contribute positively to client relationships.
· Conflict analysis and resolution in 2D and 3D CAD setting.
· Ownership of QA/QC process of design deliverables.
· Support preparation of technical specifications and contract documents.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
· 10+ years of experience in municipal and/or transportation infrastructure projects.
