Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Specialist,



People Systems to enhance Workday solutions across Compensation and Core HCM. You will be the subject matter expert for these areas, partner with stakeholders to solve system and process issues, and help deliver scalable, effective People Systems solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Workday functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to support continuous improvement across People processes.
This role will be reporting to the Solution Manager II, People Systems and will be based onsite at our Bangalore office.
You should be comfortable starting work at 7:30 AM IST to accommodate meetings and collaboration with regional teams across different time zones.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
Be the subject matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions
Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution across Workday modules
Perform essential system administration functio
