IIT Bombay’s Educational Outreach team is looking for a energetic Assistant Program Manager to support the design and execution of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. The role involves managing programme registrations, participant coordination, application processes, institutional communication, and operational documentation to ensure smooth execution of outreach initiatives and academic programmes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for education to help scale IIT Bombay’s educational outreach mission.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution
Assist in the design and delivery of workshops, certification programs, and school outreach events.
Coordinate participant schedules, session logistics, and programme flow
Support on-ground programme management during programme execution
Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and mate
