About the Role

The Sr. Manager - Digital Marketing will lead end-to-end digital marketing operations, ensuring seamless campaign execution and timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital marketing operations, including vendor and agency management.
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple lead generation platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), real estate portals, SMS, WhatsApp, email marketing, and native advertising platforms.
Collaborate with brand marketing and sales teams to leverage digital channels for enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and qualified lead generation.
Plan and manage comprehensive content marketing calendars for project launches, promotional campaigns, festive offers, and brand-building initiatives.
Design, implement, optimize, and monitor paid marketing campaigns on a daily basis to maximize lead quality, improve campaign performance, and achieve targeted Cost per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).




Execute audience segmentation strategies using behavioral targeting, interest-based targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, audience segments, and campaign objectives to improve conversion rates.
Manage and grow the organization's social media presence by planning content, publishing regular posts, engaging with audiences, and monitoring platform performance.
Own the implementation and administration of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation, including lead lifecycle management, workflows, email templates, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, social media scheduling, and campaign automation.
Execute omnichannel marketing automation campaigns using email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM workflows to improve customer engagement and lead nurturing.
