We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Trainer (Customer Service Trainer) to join our team in Hyderabad.

? Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Stilt Floor, Unit No. 2, Maximus Towers, Building No 2B, Madhapur, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500081.
? Experience: 1.5+ Years in BPO Training
? Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
?️ Mandatory Language Requirements:
Malayalam: Advanced (Fluent)
Kannada: Manageable (Conversational)

? Key Responsibilities:
On-boarding & Product Training: Train current joiners on product knowledge, customer communication, and internal systems (including selling, soft skills, and objection handling).
Performance & Refresher Modules: Conduct call audits, identify training gaps across levels, and deliver refresher training to boost floor productivity.
Feedback & Coaching: Provide timely, constructive feedback and counseling to trainees to help them meet performance standards.
Training Operations: Manage training schedules, set up training rooms, create engaging learning materials, and maintain meticulous performance scorecards and records.
