Product Delivery Manager - Disruption Management Solution

Overall, 5-7 years of experience in Project Management Practices.
2-4 years of experience in managing the delivery roadmap and implementation lifecycle of the Disruption Management platform from discovery through deployment and hyper care.
Drive cross-functional coordination between Business, Product, Architecture, Operations, Contact Center, Airports, Digital Channels, Loyalty, and external vendors.
Monitor implementation risks, vendor deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and budget adherence.
Establish governance forums and provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
Lead PI Planning, sprint execution, dependency management, RAID tracking, and release planning activities.
Ensure solution readiness through SIT, UAT, operational readiness reviews, go-live planning, and post-launch support.
Coordinate disruption workflows including schedule changes, passenger re-accommodation, compensation, refund processing, customer communications, and service recovery.
PMP/Price 2/Any other PM certified skilled
