About the Role
The role at Juspay focuses on building strong merchant relationships, driving growth, and turning customer feedback into product innovations. You'll manage stakeholders, communicate value propositions, and use data insights to refine strategies
What your day will look like
Oversee daily operations with partners on new product implementations, from finalizing legal agreements to tracking project progress.
This includes engaging with merchants and new banks to foster synergy.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in BD, Ops, and product teams within financial institutions and merchants to create value for Juspay.
Stay informed on the latest industry innovations and regulatory changes impacting Juspay’s business. We seek a curious, knowledge-hungry individual.
Manage partner accounts to maintain a positive growth trajectory.
Support product, platform, and operations teams by resolving bottlenecks in product development, deployment, and day-to-day operations, leveraging connections with relevant banking stakeholders.
Monitor and manage active partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
Engage with industry players regularly to explore new partnership opportunities.
Provide prompt, effective responses to partner queries.
Assist in creating processes, presentations, and timely responses to recent proposals.
