What you'll do: Operations Assistant in the Support Services will…

Hands On Transport Software(Indecab/ Routematic or similar tools).
Arranging transport for all Pune and Mumbai Airport Transfers through tools.
Arrange transfers for VVIP clients, Employees ETC.




Preparing rosters for large events for Transport such Diwali / Office parties ETC
Finalizing billing for all ETS and On Call Vendors and processing in SAP.
Taking care of Miscellaneous transport request on a daily basis
Coordinating with Building management for any operational issues events ETC
