About the Role

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals for multiple positions across Developer, Lead Developer, and Architect levels. This chance is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in the IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities

For Developers 4+ Years
Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.
Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
Work on Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Policy Management modules.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

For Lead Developers
Lead development activities and mentor junior developers.
Review technical designs and ensure coding best practices.
Handle complex integrations and platform customizations.
Coordinate with stakeholders and manage sprint deliverables.

For Architects
Design end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions and architecture.
Define technical roadmaps and governance standards.
Provide solution consulting and technical leadership.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
CIS-IRM / CIS-GRC certification will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
