About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing model build up activity of complete seat structure, support in load case setup and results evaluation and report generation.

Responsibilities

Create and modify finite element models of seat frames and related components, generate high-quality meshes using CAE software tools,



define material properties, contacts, constraints, loads and boundary conditions and validate model quality before analysis execution.

Perform linear and non-linear structural analyses, conduct static strength and stiffness simulations, evaluate stress, strain, deformation, and factors of safety and support design optimization activities.

Support crashworthiness assessments of seat systems and recommend design modifications for weight reduction, performance enhancement, and product development support.

Compare simulation results with physical test data, participate in model correlation and validation activities, and improve simulation accuracy based on test feedback.

Prepare and present CAE reports to customers, participate in technical discussions, and support engineering change requests and design reviews.

Follow engineering procedures and standards, ensure compliance with customer specification
