Investor Acquisition

Identify and connect with prospective investors through calls, referrals, campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
Introduce Prachay Group’s investment offerings and generate interest among potential investors.
Convert qualified leads into active investors through consistent follow-ups.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective investors and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

Investor Support & Relationship Management

Serve as the first point of contact for investor queries and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and investment experience.
Maintain regular communication with existing investors to build long-term relationships.
Ensure high levels of investor satisfaction through prompt and professional support.
Investor Engagement
Keep investors informed about current investment opportunities, company updates, and market developments.
Conduct follow-up calls and engagement activities to strengthen investor relationships.
Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, investor meets,



and promotional events.
Gather investor feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Customer Experience & Query Resolution

Handle inbound and outbound communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Resolve investor concerns with empathy, professionalism, and ownership.
Maintain accurate records of investor interactions in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. opportunities.

Reporting & Process Compliance

Maintain investor databases and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and investor engagement.
Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay informed about fixed-income investment products.
