Position: Brand & Content Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Content Manager to lead the execution and governance of the company's brand identity, messaging and creative standards across all business units.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, writing, editing and governing high-quality marketing content while managing the end-to-end content and design workflow. The role balances content leadership with direct content production, personally developing priority blogs, case studies, reports, campaign assets, website content, executive communications and sales materials as required.
Working across four business units, the Brand & Content Manager allocates content requirements across internal writers, designers and external partners while also contributing directly to ensure business-critical deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard.

Brand Governance
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and business units, including websites, campaigns, social media,



events, presentations and sales collateral.
Ensure all marketing assets comply with approved brand standards before publication or external use.
Maintain and improve brand guidelines, templates, writing standards and creative systems.
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand execution and improve consistency, clarity and distinctiveness.

Content Management and Writing
Own and maintain the content calendar across all business units, campaigns, events and corporate communications.
Translate approved marketing briefs into content plans, editorial requirements and channel-specific deliverables.
Allocate content assignments across internal writers, external contributors and personal workload based on priority, complexity, expertise and timelines.
