ELT Specialist

Job Description

Role Purpose
To map the curriculum of the English Language Lab, including CEFR progression, class-wise learning outcomes, diagnostic framework, assessment rubrics, MTI correction and vernacular-bridge strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Map CEFR levels to class-wise speaking and listening outcomes.
Align content themes with NEP, CBSE/ICSE/state board requirements.




Map the pre-A1 to C1 learning progression for Classes 1–12.
Design diagnostic, baseline and endline assessment framework.
Create rubrics for speaking, pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, listening and confidence.
Develop the MTI correction and vernacular-bridge framework.
Define learning metrics for teacher and principal dashboards.
Review content for level accuracy, progression and pedagogical quality.

Required Qualification
Master’s degree in English, ELT, Linguistics, Education or related field.
B.Ed., M.Ed., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL or similar ELT certification preferred.
Solid understanding of CEFR, assessment design and Indian school curriculum.
