The Role

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy brand marketing role at the centre of everything the brand ships — new product launches, e-commerce content, creatives, packaging and influencer campaigns. You will work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and coordinate with product development, design, e-commerce, offline channel teams , supply chain and creative teams. It is an ideal role for someone who loves beauty, sweats the details, and wants to learn how a fast-growing beauty brand is built from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Development (NPD)

Support end-to-end NPD launches: coordinate briefs, timelines,



shade/claim finalisation, sampling and launch readiness across product, packaging and vendor teams.
Track competitor launches and category trends (Sugar, Colorbar, Lakme, Maybelline and emerging D2C brands) and feed insights into the NPD pipeline.

E-commerce Content

Own product page content — titles, descriptions, A+ content, listing images and videos — across Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and the Faces Canada D2C site.
Ensure listing hygiene, content accuracy and on-time content go-live for every launch and campaign.

Creatives, Campaigns and Launches

Write creative briefs and manage the design team/agencies to deliver campaign, platform and retail creatives on brand and on deadline.
Review and quality-check all creative output for brand consistency, claims accuracy and platform specs.
Manage any launch assets for offline or online channels
