About the Role We're looking for a content strategist who understands Instagram trends, visual storytelling, and how to create engaging vertical videos. You'll own content strategy end-to-end: from spotting what's working in the market, to scripting reels, to directing the shoots that bring them to life. You'll work directly with the founders.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze competitors to identify high-performing reels and strategies




Write compelling briefs and scripts for Instagram reels to create relatable and shareable content
Develop and execute strategies to grow BookLeaf's and the founders' social media presence
Direct and oversee shoots for Instagram content, ensuring high-quality execution
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or strategy — preferably in a creative or publishing-related field
Experience growing an Instagram page to 25k+ followers is a big plus, but not mandatory
Strong copywriting skills, with a knack for creating hooks and scripts that capture attention
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback, regardless of hierarchy
A passion for experimenting and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
