We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of project coordination practices and practical exposure to Scrum methodologies and Sprint execution. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, efficient planning, and successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys organizing workflows, tracking project progress, and helping Agile teams achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of project plans and deliverables.
Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.




Support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Monitor Sprint progress, identify blockers, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain project schedules, task boards, Sprint backlogs, and project documentation.
Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular status updates.
Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams to maintain project transparency.
Assist in resource planning and workload coordination across project teams.
Support continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities
